SGFP-150W FILM RECYCLING MACHINE

This machine is designed for in-line and off-line trims, startup waste, loose waste trims and waste rolls, max output 120~150kg/hr. Film crushed, feed to screw and goes to 6 heating zone, extruded via a multi-hole die face and cut into pellet. Pellets are transported to the collection bin by blower via a cyclone. 

Main Features:

• Siemens PLC and touch screen;
• Extrusion motor WEG-30kW（inverter + strong cooling fan），cutter motor WEG-0.55kw，crusher motor 18kw，feeding motor 3kw.
• Extrusion/feeding/cutting inverter: Delta
• Crusher blades total 26pcs rotating blades，2pcs fixing blades, material in SKD11；rotating blade by square 4-angle blades design, can be reused
• 6 heating zone total power 17kW.
• Cutting chamber dimension 600(W)*900(L)mm
• Hydraulic station

• Pressure sensor
• Max output 120 ~ 150 Kg/h（based on PE test）

Remarks: this machine requires normal temp circular water to cool gear box, cutting chamber and hydraulic station
