Stainless Steel Combined Doctor Blade Holder

The new straight doctor blade holder combined with preferably stainless steel material, a piece of 45mm flatpiece, a 15mm flat piece and a curved 13mm shrapnel. The new straight blade holder compared to the old product arc holder, it has enough flexibility, no ink leakage,more convenient when blade installation and using, and internal cavity ink does not accumulate.

A: Because of bending in arc blade holder, its stiffness is improved, but the flexibility is reduced, so the flexibility performance of the new holder is better.

B: The contact between the rivet and holder is face to face , so avoid the problem of ink leakage and using it more safely.

C: The new straight blade of holder is installed between the two flat pieces of 45mm wide and 15mm wide, showing the state of face to face contact, ink can not enter the inside of the holder, so long time using without cleaning.
