Punching Machine

Before use:

1. Before using the punching machine, be sure to check whether there are debris at the punch and the lower die edge.
2. Add lubricating oil on the guide sleeve.

When using:

1. When the punching machine continues to work, keep the oiling part of the punching machine not short of oil.
2. Please deal with it in time if there is any abnormal sound during use (not the normal working sound of the punching machine).
3. When adjusting the position of the punch, do not hit any part of the punch with a hard tool.
4. Recommended air pressure: 0.4-0.5MPa

After use:

1. After use, wipe the punching machine clean, mainly the punch and the lower die position.
2. When not in use for a long time, add lubricating oil to the punch and lower die, and lower the punch to the lowest position
